No, it wasn't, ^. Your server is using the usual values for what happens when you bump into things.
Ben & Jerry's server makes it so you bounce off the rocks like a superball. Pretty funny, but it makes those gates dangerous in their server. They're server is modded in many small ways that make it fun. Different smoke, emitters, etc.
