My current radar:

just to mention that "camera view" idea is originally from wingman. On this image of the radar I added turret range.

how do you make the dots smaller? I can hardly tell whats going on father on my radar because the dots get all merged together.

the dots are the standard ones... I think you should de-install the so-called zoomradar script. In my opinion it only messes things up because (as you said) the dots no longer represent the size of the tank whereas the smaller ones more or less do.

edit: plz note that this radar is triple sized.

I have developed a more advanced radar that you can read all about on this topic.

Added a short section for the radar I released in another thread, just to keep this thread up to date on all my work regarding gameplay enhancing skins.

Hey, Fish (and anyone else who may know), how did you get that arrow to levitate over the pad?

Speedo-

I've got that setup going too. It's the IA arrows. I got them from Dazzle.
Image

I put them in my archive... link at the bottom of my posts. Look for DZ IA arrow.zip- here's the install directions:
First, you need to go to game/data/shapes/common.

Next, remove these files and back them up somewhere safe

boostarrow01.jpg
boostarrow02.jpg
boostarrow03.jpg
boostarrow04.jpg
boostarrow.ifl
boostpad.dts

Extract the contents of the zip and paste all the extracted files into the game/data/shapes/common folder

That should do it!
I added the "Readme" file in the archive... don't paste that one in. You don't need it except for the directions. The boostpad also is in there. If you don't want to change that, don't change "boostpad.dts".

Hmm, nice post LGM.

Was kinda thinking to do something to enhance arrow direction visibility, but obviously there is no more need for that :) .

Does anyone have any requests?
