Request for bill boards

I saw some bill boards in Sersh's mod and it occured to me that something like that would be perfect for my indy scrum server. Maybe in the form of a few inscriptions on rocks:
Thou shalt fire upon flag carriers only
and
Thou shalt not park in the goal
Would anyone be interested in doing this for my indy scrum server?
