What's wrong with my server?

My server is quite humanless these days...Many people joined, but left in a while.I looked for the error in the cmd window(dedicated server).It often reported the error about "disconnect packet" when other people left...
What can I do?

The "disconnect packet" ALWAYS appears on the ded window when a player leaves a server, it just means that a player who was in there just left thats all. Unless you have a server issue and they left because they could not connect.
