yup...see the mission translated document on http://freewebs.com/maxworks/, it has a description of every variable in the .mis.

Look in Modding Resource for link
Use photoshop to select a color
Write down RGB values
Start RGB converter and plug in those numbers
and viola
Plug these new numbers into mis file @ fog color = line
