CB is right though, you have the captains, get them together for the draft quick, and hope for the best from there. A lot of people have been so on and off with this that they won't reply until teams are confirmed and they know this is actually going to happen.

Guys...

Hope everyone is doing ok. I can't play or assist you for this, but I am having a water leak in my apartment and I am awake so I thought I would share some wisdom.

Now that you have a draft time, get a list of the players in the preferred order each captain would choose, and have the draft no matter what. Send an email telling the captains that if their list isnt received, their team will be chosen for them. I always did that - and whoever is available on the list come draft time - for each captain that is NOT there, someone else will pick the best player available and form the team up anyway. Otherwise, you'll never draft. Thats how you have the draft and have it in a timely manner.

So... stick with the time, get an order of players from each captain, and when some captain doesn't show, draft their team anyway with the best available player, that way you can get this show on the road.

Sounds like a great idea to me Supra. Thanks all for the input. Sorry guys, I'm learning as we go. Don't worry one bit, this will happen. Then the next question is, will it take a Year to complete a 12-14 week season? . Hope not!!

I am officially cutting off the Draft! If you wanted to play and your name isnt on that list you can not play! You have had plenty of time to sign up, so it is your fault that you arent on that list!
