We are thinking of letting captains arrange the times with their teams and the opposite team. This is restricted though, like from 6-12 GMT on weakdays/evenings. 8 pm GMT is 3 pm EST, so you have to do -5 to get EST .

another piece of advice....
we have tried leagues in the past where we allowed captains to arrange times for each weeks match...every time we have tried it its been a disaster and killed the league.
what has seemed to work best is to pick one day a week and a specific time every week. that way people can plan around the match every week.
