After it lights the mission, the bar goes to nothing and stays there.

Yes, you did in fact do something to your special.cs... Normally this happens when you forget to attach a }; after your command... My best suggestion is just to download a new one, carry all of your old info into there and your good to go... Or you could do the long way by going through your whole special.cs and searching for that darn };... Good Luck!
