Blurred Chat (still unsolved)

This started happening a while ago... I go into a server, then I try to chat and I can't read most of the text. It blurs most of the message. It only seems to happen in modded servers, like roo's, T-Bone's, and even in my server with my mods. It doesn't always happen, but it usually does. It sometimes happens in roo's, usually happens in T-Bone's and it ALWAYS happens in mine. Here's a screenie.

Have you changed the resolution you're playing in?

nope, i've had it at 1024 by 768 for years...no problems besides this
btw im on a PC running XP pro

I tried changing the resolution...800 by 600 made the blur better, 1152 by 862 made it worse

800 by 600. The blur turns into backwards italics...

This bluring happens to me most of the time when I go on Jerrys racing modes or T-Bones aswell.Just wanted to add this question, why is it that when this bluring starts happening on a modded server why is it that when I leave and then go on to a non modded server its still there?

yeah, that happens to me too

it fixes itself if you restart TT, but happens again if you go to another modded server...sigh

hmmm... did you reinstall TT? Or update your drivers... especially graphic drivers...?
Try updating and reinstalling

OK, maybe it has to do with your graphics card.

Perhaps it's so dusty that it's causing problems. A cleanout may help if you're up for opening the case.

my graphics drivers are up-to-date
i might have to try that...but i dont think that would be it because it only happens in TT in certain mods. i think its a messed up file so im gonna re-install TT and see what happens
