Invalid Product key

i logged onto my GG account downloaded TT from my link in my products and i put in the product code they gave me and it says its invalid.

i copy pasted it. :/

The registration server has been problematic lately. Often it doesn't seem available.

Try using the offline registration method. You fill in the form, and they e-mail you a link where you can download an ignition file. You put that in your copy of the game, and it's registered.

i put in my product key and it said it was wrong :/

When you open the game, a series of numbers show up beneath the field where you would type in the reg code.

Try those, but I'm having trouble remembering what it says when you do the process.

i had to email them about it.
basically they reset your product key every few years so you have to like apply for a new one.
