OK so I am a n00b.

How do you put images into a post nicely aka like RX does for PSL thread? I tried the old way, uploading to Imageshack & then coying link & images but it doesn't work. I have uploaded as attachments, but they don't look right & I can't re-size like I could do.

Sorry for being sooo out of touch...

You must mean like this:
Image
To make your image look like this, centered, and without the border of the ptt2 upload thing, here is what you do. On a new post, find a button that says Img

When you click on it, you should see this, in the spot where you type the message

Code: Select all

[img][/img]
What you do, is put the location of your picture in between the

Code: Select all

[img][/img]
tags. So for the picture of the google logo above, I would click on the Img button at the top and type in the location of the picture (in this case its http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/logo.gif ). So the outcome would look like this:

Code: Select all

Now that you have that down, lets make your picture centered on the page. To do that all you have to do is highlight the line that has the picture in it, (in our case you would highlight this:

Code: Select all

and then click on the center button at the top. So after you do that, the line with the picture should look like this:

Code: Select all

and the outcome would be this:
Image
Now try it with your Worldclass Scrum Leauge picture, and see what you can do with it.

Edit:

Here is a example with your scrum picture

Feel free to use the code for it, if you want.

Code: Select all

Thats exactly what I am after.

How did you get the location? Thats how I used to do it, but I used Imageshack to upload it then used the location which it provided. I think it is this bit I am doing wrong. Also, I used Imageshack to re-size things.

Make sure images are no more than 600 pixels wide then they are within the site width before a scroll bar appears.

Scroll Bars = bad.......

To find the location of a picture on Firefox:

Right click on the image, and go to properties. A little window should pop up called Element Properties. In that little box, there is a spot that says location, and the line following the word Location is the location of the picture on the internet.

To find the location of a picture on Internet Explorer:

Right click on the image, and go to properties. A little window should pop up called Properties. Down near the middle of the window there is a spot that says Address (URL): The line following the words Address (URL): is the location of the picture on the internet.

Not sure about Safari, shouldn't be that much different then Firefox.

Please note, you MUST right click on the image. If you dont, you will get the wrong link.

Hope this helps.

For Safari, right click if you have a two button mouse.

Or, if not, then hold the "ctrl" key and click. A menu pops up. Choose "Copy Image Location".
