This problem happened to me since I play TT.My server is always lonely.Because I have made some mods for tt.Other people can never download them.I have tried to download the preloads by another computer of my own.Some one said that the download will begin as soon as the player join the server.But my server can never unload my mods.

(for example:I add the skull tanks to my server,but other people who don't have the skull tanks can never download skull tanks from my server,They may be unable to join my server...)

Is that because my internet speed is 2 slow?

also,internet speed is maybe too slow but your skulltanks man,they are a lot,players need to download lightfishOD.dts then lightfishOD.png then something that they dont need then the heavy and medium,I tried yesterday to get on it I had to wait 10 mins....
