ok ive skined, ive made my own weps and skys but how do i make it so other people when they comeinto my can see it?ty

Ok, I can Help you out, But I need more Info, If I can get atleast Half of my Questions Answered, I can Probally Help out by alot

1) Your Weapons- Are they in a Special.cs? Did You Put Something like this
$pupTypes[#] = "-------Projectile";
in the place where it is supposed to be, About near the End?
If you did Both, It might be the Weapons themselves.
If Both Questions are Correct, Then Please Post the Weapon, I will have to see it.

2) Your Skys- Are they in your skies folder? When in ModWiz or in the mis Folder, Did you set the Sky as your Sky? If you dont know how,
In ModWiz, You Press CTRL M, Click Skys, Select your Sky's Name, And Then Save Your Mod by Pressing CTRL S, Typing a Name for your Mod and Ending the Name with .mis

3) Your Skins- What Kind of Skins? If you mean Tank or Object Skins, Your going to have to get Blender/Milkshape or anyother Program and get a DTS Exporter. Making the DTS, I cant help you, I dont know how to myself.

Nobody can join my server if I mod.How to make them start downloading the preloads?

I have tried it 2 weeks before.

First,I ran a my special TT server.Then I run another TT on another computer(the second TT with Napalm's Expansion Pack 4
only ).Join my special server.The loading stopped at "loading datablocks"...

Ughh most likley they dont have the loading script and they are downloading datablocks.
