Taty, we will help but unless you give more information we cant.
didnt help any...
What does that mean? what are you trying to do just unlock the server?
Can you log in as admin ACAS, if you can you need to just type /unlock - simple as that

or open up the game/server prefs.cs and change

$Pref::Server::PasswordEnabled = 1;

to

$Pref::Server::PasswordEnabled = 0;

Save file

Then in the same folder find the prefs.cs.dso and delete it

Then go to game/client and open another .cs file called prefs.cs

Again find

$Pref::Server::PasswordEnabled = 1;

and change to

$Pref::Server::PasswordEnabled = 0;

Then in the same folder find the prefs.cs.dso and delete it

Try that

Delete the prefs.cs in the server folder and restart your computer. This has happened to me a lot; restarting was the only thing that worked for me. Or just try and throw a fresh prefs.cs in there.

You clearly are doing something wrong...No matter what, if you type $pref::server::password = ""; in the dedicated consul, it will unlock the server. Read it carefully.

No its not the internet, no its not TT, quite simply put, its you!!!

We have given you every possible combination of ways to unlock your server, and to be honest if we were in front of your machine it would take like 20 seconds to do.

The information you have provided is next to nothing, even after asking you to be more specific, yet you still only give us 2-4 work posts of your problem.

I will ask one more thing, expand your dedicated consul window and take a screenie of ALL OF IT and post here, failing that there is no more help we can offer - all the solutions to unlock your server are here in this thread.

And like Phobik said if you type this in the black dedicated consul window it will DEFINITELY unlock your server.

$pref::server::password = "";

The only other option is to use mikogo to look at your computer remotely and see where you are going wrong.
