i double click on the icon and it loads for a second and nothing happins

You need to post more information. Operating System, Graphics Card and all that stuff...

well yeah more info please. Though I might know what it might be. If your on a Vista and you purchased thinktanks from shockwave.com it is not going to work my friend. You would have to get it from garagegames.com.
