Yes you can...It is kind of long and complicated, but if you follow these steps, you can do it.
1) Open your movie in Windows Movie Maker
2) Click File
3) Click SAVE MOVIE FILE (This will give you the correct file type
4) Go to a movie uploading site (http://www.youtube.com works best)
5) Create an account
6) Click on UPLOAD VIDEOS
7) Upload your video by filling out all required parts of the uploader
Once uploaded, get the url for your movie
9) Post it here for all of us to see
