dude shooting problem

when i go to dash bash server i had to wait for 1 sec to fire and that give time for other players to shoot me and didnt aim due to waiting for my next shot to fire whats the problem?

that always happens to me i think i no y becuase i usualy do a antispywhere on my computer and wen
its scanning think tanks it laggs so bad that that happens.
