well, i must say, the rules look great.

however, if HALO is going to make an army and post it here, he should do it himself.

here is what you should add to this post (none of these have to be followed exactly, but adding them will make the clan look better):

• Requirements (how to join)
• Memberlist (VERY important, it shows how big your army is.)
• Ranks (optional, not every clan has ranks)
• Practice times (you may not have practice)
• Member limit and member amount (too many members are hard to keep track of, you should have a limit of 15, 20, 25 or 30.)
• Allies & Enemies (some clans don't have these, but you could...)
• Wars (what wars might/will/did happen and who won, against who, etc.)
• Skins & Special stuff (MODs, skins, etc., many clans do not use this category)
• Consequences (i must say, this is my favorite part) (punishments for breaking rules, etc.) (some clans don't have this, it is not needed.)
• If you want your army to be really advanced, then you should have a website, but that's a long way down the road.
• Clan news board (clan history, clan founder, current clan events, etc.)

Green: NEEDED!!!
Yellow: Advised, but not necessary.
Red: Not needed.

you should take the time to add these, they are vital for a good clan. talk to HALO about what DT is in these categories (if he doesn't want to include them, it makes his army worse, but that's his fault), once you ask him what to add in the categories above he wants to use post them.

your thread could be something like this (i'm just going to name the categories):

Requirements
Memberlist
Member amount & Maximum
Clan news & history
Practice
War section

that would be a pretty good thread. over all, just look around at other armies' posts and try to make yours like them (not exactly the same, but following the basic idea) (BMT, VT, UF, ISR , FI, MI, etc.)
