Ideas to help Revive TT

so, I've seen a few posts with interest in reviving TT again, I would love to help out and bring those good times back.
Legally, idk what can be done to simply spread the game since the original installer no longer works since the original servers are long gone, and spreading the modified full version may be against the law (but not entirely sure). However, would it be possible to green light it on steam as a fully F2P game? or set it for a low price, and proceeds would go to the rightful owner? maybe renew interest in the game by the devs?
I also can stream without performance issues, as I have a monster of a computer, and i can build viewer's interest of the game. in fact, I recently had someone ask about the game and wanting to play it. read comments here

We need more excitement building events like TBML, PSL, rollerball, CTF etc. to get blood pumping and adrenaline flowing, and with me livestreaming the events, it's the only way to continue to show just how much of a gem this game is.. I mean, let's face it, this game had such a heated and competitive nature, it could easily have been an E-sport type game if the Devs had the drive, ambition and care behind such a dedicated fan base.
Lastly, maybe create a Facebook Fan page for the game, and build up more interest for it.
what are your thoughts?
